Specialty toppings are served on a bed of fresh iceberg and romaine, topped with black olives, diced tomato, mozzarella cheese and croutons. We recommend the House Mustard vinaigrette or Spicy Ranch dressing. Also available are Classic Ranch or olive oil vinaigrette.
